What is Roswell Restaurant Weeks?
Back for the 10th year … RRW2025 will be a 2+ week-long event!
This annual event, is a celebration and promotion of Roswell’s diverse and talented restaurant industry, taking place in 2025 from January 23 - February 8!
During the event, Roswell residents and visitors are invited to eat at participating restaurants and order from each restaurant’s prix fixe menu, which features local favorites and chef-specials.
Entrant Requirements:
1. Restaurants must be a licensed business within the city limits of Roswell.
2. Be available to have your photoshoot in Late October or Early November. Sessions will be scheduled by Danielle Purdie (dpurdie@visitroswellga.com).
3. Follow the requirements below for the prix fixe menus and submit no later than October 31.
Menu Requirements:
• Restaurants will offer a prix fixe menu for lunch and/or dinner, or “all day” that features local favorites or chef-specials.
• Menu options cannot add up to cost more than they would if ordered off of your regular menu.
• Prix fixe menus must be 2 or more courses (ie. appetizer, main, dessert). We encourage you to offer a variety of choices for each course, restaurants typically offer 2-3 options per course.
• In order to add your menu to our website and promote your dishes on social media, you will need to submit a PDF of your menu no later than Thursday, October 31.
*There is no price point requirement. Restaurants can price their menu however they see fit.
Participants will Receive:
There is no cost to participate in this event and all participating restaurants will receive the following:
• 20-minute photo session with local photographer Angie Webb to photograph up to 6 dishes that are featured on your prix fixe menu. Choose the “prettiest” dishes! We also suggest you select a couple from each menu and course, so that the photos represent your entire menu. You will receive 8-10 watermarked photos to use for promotion of the event.
• RRW branded marketing materials, including rack cards, table tents, buttons and posters
• RRW logos will be provided for you to design and print your prix fixe menus
• Individual restaurant page on RoswellRW.com
• Restaurant and event promotion, including RRW social media and email marketing
