*By registering after our 12.09 registration deadline, you acknowledge your restaurant will not be printed in select marketing extensions (ie. table tents).


Payment is accepted via credit card (directly through this site) or by corporate check. If you prefer to pay by corporate check, enter all requested form fields and further enter code 'PAYBYCHECK' once taken to the payment prompt screen. Filling out this form is mandatory and gives our team the info. they need to get you successfully signed up for Roswell Restaurant Week 2016.

Included in your Participation Fee:

  • A 15 min. professional photography session by local photographer, Angie Webb, to stylize and best market your prix fixe menu (Roswell Restaurant Week) and crafted concoction (Summer Sippin').
  • Ongoing website presence on both RoswellRW.com and SummerSippin.com.
  • Active social media marketing and engagement.
  • Event Branded swag and promotional materials.
  • Print and digital advertising through local publications promoting both events.
  • Printed event menus for use during event week(s).


Participation Requirements:

  • Participating restaurants MUST be within Roswell city limits to enter.
  • (RRW) Prix Fixe Menus: To participate, restaurants must offer an exclusive prix fixe menu alongside the daily menu. The prix fixe menu should include a multi-course meal with limited choices and be set to a fixed total price. It is encouraged to offer a prix fixe menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as appropriate for restaurant hours. This is a chance for restaurants to offer dishes that are not usually on the menu or highlight signature favorites.
